Turns white when filled with 95°C water. Light gray indicates 70°C (4 minutes), the first cupping session. Dark gray indicates 60°C (8 minutes), the second session. Black indicates 55°C (10 minutes), a low-temperature cupping session or the end of the treatment. Temperatures are for reference only and may be affected by room temperature and surroundings.
